Gilles MOSCA

Trained in business management and commercial engineering, as well as Advanced General Management at HEC Paris, Master 2 in Business Law, Tax Law and Labor Law.

With over 25 years' experience in corporate and group management, he has set up strategic consulting and support structures for companies in Switzerland and abroad.

Gilles is an expert in strategic transformation, complex restructuring, crisis management, reorganization and business turnarounds. He specializes in organic growth, people and leadership management, governance optimization and organizational development.

His mentoring is focused on organizations and their development and management, particularly in phases of transformation, development and threshold crossing, or handover.

Chantal MARINO

Graduate of the Rouen Faculty of Psychology and Education and HEC Geneva, certified in positive psychology, Master Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. Psychometric certifications: MBTI, Insights, Hermann, Trima.

Chantal has over 25 years' professional experience combining human resources management, management consulting and executive coaching in a wide variety of sectors.

She has 15 years of Human Resources management experience in multinationals, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Founder, director and executive coach of a company specializing in executive and managerial support, change management, assessment and development of human and organizational potential.

Chantal brings an expertise combining entrepreneurship, specialized coaching and the practice of mentoring to the management of organizations.
